This family, I am close with. They are supercute together, and the little boy could not be more in love with his dog! She would dissapear around the corner for 1 second and he would panic, and scream her name. Of coarse, she was just being a dog, and was exploring the surroundings.
I spent about an hour shooting this session, and have spent less, and more time with other families. Some people get a little uncomfortable being posey posey, and that is when it is a good idea to bring on the fun! So...they played with the dog! Those are some of my favorite images. Those are the ones I would hang on MY wall in a big canvas. Minimum 20x30! That freaks most people out. The size factor. I am not sure why. How many times do you walk into someone's home and gazed around and found a piddly 8x10 in a frame....aaaahhhmazing!?! I certainly NEVER have. I do, however, now have my very own 20x30 canvas displayed in my living room. I can tell you that the model (my lovely Fiance), and anybody who has seen it, HAVE been amazed! Dont go to Wal Mart and buy some silly work of art that is done by someone you do not know. Dont be afraid to see the awesome beauty in the dynamic of a few people and relationships and love they share. Quit being scared. Just GO FOR IT!! Hang a LLLAARRGEE canvas of your own work of art. You.
P.S. I kinda feel like that 20x30 is still a little small....hmmm. I will soon post another family, in which there are a minumum of 6 images I would consider HUGE canvas worthy!
