The Gelych family contacted me at the end of November for a family session. I greatly agreed to travel down to Crooked Lake, and do a morning session. They are actually from Alberta, but were back in SK for a family visit. Well little Emily didn't quite appreciate a looonnggg drive, combined with a new environment, time change, waking up extra early, and being put outside in the cold and encouraged to "be herself". Her Mom, Dad, and I did our best to convince her, but little Miss Emily just didn't want any of it. Oh well...she is still a total cutie, and I did my best down at the lake. We both agreed that a reshoot was necessary, and did so the next afternoon. I am glad we did!
